At Triumph Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items, including all original tags and hygiene seals, into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your postage receipt until your refund has been processed in full.
